Exchanges
In order to ensure a smooth and clear exchange of items, kindly return those you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired new items.
Return Policy
Once you receive the order, you have the opportunity to check or try on your purchased items while the courier waits. Alternatively, we have a 14-day return policy, meaning that you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Conditions for item returns: They must be in the same condition that you received them in, meaning that they have not been worn/used, including their tags and in their original packaging. The receipt/delivery slip is essential.
To start the return process, you can email us at INSERT EMAIL. If your return is accepted, a courier will be sent to pick your order up for a fee.
Refund
You will be notified whether your refund was approved or not once we’ve received and inspected your returned order. If it is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Kindly note that it often takes banks some time to process refunds. If over 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at farida@explorebiyadi.com
Damages & issues
Upon receipt, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if any item is damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was sent to you, so that we can evaluate and correct the matter.
